WanPKR Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Introduction

Welcome to WanPKR. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WanPKR platform, available at wanpkr.click, including all games, betting services, promotional offers, live casino tables and any other features made available to registered players ("the Platform").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the registered player ("you", "the Player"), and WanPKR ("we", "us", "the Company"). By registering an account with WanPKR, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any part of the WanPKR platform. We strongly encourage every player to read these Terms carefully before depositing any funds.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use WanPKR. We are committed to preventing underage gambling and reserve the right to request age verification documentation from any player at any time. If a player is found to be under the age of 18, their account will be immediately closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled and any remaining balance forfeited in line with responsible gaming obligations.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active WanPKR account at any given time. This applies per person, per household address, per IP address and per payment method. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent restrictions or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited. WanPKR reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances without notice.

2.3 Accurate Information

When registering with WanPKR, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

WanPKR may require players to complete identity verification at any point — including but not limited to at the time of withdrawal, when a certain deposit threshold is reached or when unusual account activity is detected. Required documents may include a government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address and confirmation of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WanPKR account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. WanPKR will never ask you for your password through any channel.

All activity conducted from your account — whether or not authorised by you personally — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify WanPKR support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, but the Company cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access that occurred before notification was received.

• Do not share your WanPKR login credentials with any other person.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication if available on your account.
• Log out of your WanPKR session when using shared devices.
• Notify support@wanpkr.click immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

WanPKR accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet transfer
• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfer
• NayaPay — digital wallet transfer
• SadaPay — digital wallet transfer
• Bank IBFT — interbank funds transfer
• Visa/Mastercard — debit or credit card issued by a Pakistani bank

4.2 Minimum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at WanPKR is Rs 200. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. WanPKR also reserves the right to impose deposit limits for regulatory or responsible gaming reasons.

4.3 Your Own Funds

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or accepting deposits from a third party into your WanPKR account, is strictly prohibited. All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering checks.

4.4 Failed or Reversed Transactions

WanPKR is not responsible for failed deposit transactions resulting from issues with your payment provider. If a deposit appears to have left your account but has not credited to your WanPKR balance within 30 minutes, contact WanPKR support with your transaction reference number and our team will investigate within 24 hours.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Processing Times

WanPKR aims to process all withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for standard verified accounts. VIP Club members at Platinum tier and above receive priority processing, with Diamond tier members typically receiving funds within 10 minutes of request approval.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. WanPKR may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above standard thresholds.

5.3 Wagering Conditions

Funds originating from bonus credits must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The status of your bonus wagering progress is visible in your WanPKR account dashboard at all times. Real money deposits that have not been used to meet any bonus conditions may be withdrawn at any time subject to completed KYC verification.

5.4 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount at WanPKR is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be processed in multiple transactions across consecutive business days.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Rules

WanPKR offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms presented at the time the offer is made, as well as these general bonus rules.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds awarded by WanPKR must be wagered a minimum number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. For example, a 30× wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 30,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

6.3 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Sports betting, crash games and live casino games may contribute different percentages towards clearing a bonus. The eligible game list and contribution rates for each promotion are specified in the individual bonus terms displayed at the time of the offer.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

WanPKR actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk while meeting requirements, or any coordinated activity to exploit promotional structures. WanPKR reserves the right to void bonuses, close accounts and withhold withdrawals where abuse is detected.

6.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your WanPKR balance without notice. The validity period for each bonus is stated in its specific terms at the time of the offer.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on WanPKR are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market, as displayed within the game interface or betting section. General betting rules applicable across all WanPKR products include:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the WanPKR system. Cancellation of confirmed bets is not permitted except where explicitly provided for in specific game rules.
• WanPKR reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, system malfunction, match-fixing suspicion or force majeure events.
• In the event of a technical fault during a live game, the outcome recorded by WanPKR's server logs will be treated as the official result for settlement purposes.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game are displayed within the game interface. Bets outside these limits will not be accepted.
• Winnings from each round are credited to your WanPKR balance immediately upon settlement of the round. Disputes regarding settlement outcomes must be raised within 14 days of the round in question.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the WanPKR platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Underage gambling — using or attempting to use the platform while under 18 years of age.
• Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false identity information, using fraudulent payment credentials or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
• Money laundering — using WanPKR to process the proceeds of illegal activity or to disguise the origins of funds.
• Collusion — working with other players to exploit games or gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or live table games.
• Automated play — using bots, scripts or any automated software to interact with WanPKR games or betting markets without prior written consent from the Company.
• Chargebacks — disputing legitimate WanPKR transactions with your payment provider. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and legal action to recover funds.
• VPN/proxy circumvention — using virtual private networks or proxy services to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

9. Suspension and Termination

WanPKR reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed against the Company.
• Reasonable belief that account security has been compromised.
• Detection of duplicate accounts in violation of the one account policy.

You may close your WanPKR account at any time by contacting support@wanpkr.click. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Remaining real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements, provided no bonus conditions remain unfulfilled.

10. Responsible Gaming

WanPKR is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. We provide the following player protection tools, all accessible through your account settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Limits can be reduced immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits — set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality checks — receive periodic reminders of how long you have been playing and your net position in the current session.
• Cool-off period — take a temporary break from gaming for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During this period you cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-exclusion — permanently exclude yourself from the WanPKR platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months and may be made permanent.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the WanPKR platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or publicly display any WanPKR content without the prior written consent of the Company. Unauthorised use of WanPKR's intellectual property will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

12. Limitation of Liability

WanPKR provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain service availability and accuracy, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical issues. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue or data arising from use or inability to use the platform.
• Technical faults, server outages or connectivity issues beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• The actions or content of third-party game providers whose products are made available on the WanPKR platform.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep account credentials secure.

In cases where WanPKR is found liable for direct losses arising from our own negligence or wilful misconduct, our aggregate liability to you will not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Privacy and Data

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the WanPKR platform will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through WanPKR customer support will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration procedures.
